The International Cultural Diplomacy Network (ICDN) was born out of this profound realization. We envisioned a network that would challenge the status quo and unlock the empirical ROI of soft power by embedding cultural intelligence (CQ) directly into the architecture of private enterprise and international commerce. A core part of our mission is proudly promoting Canadian business, values, and leadership abroad—showcasing Canada on the world stage as a trusted, culturally literate partner capable of driving sophisticated global trade.

To turn this vision into a powerful reality, I am deeply privileged to be supported by an exceptional Board of Directors, Honorary Governors, and Advisory Board. Together, we fundamentally share the same core values of deep understanding, mutual empathy, and collaborative problem-solving. We are collectively dedicated to building an exclusive ecosystem where corporate executives, SME leaders, trade architects, and cultural diplomats can step out of their respective silos to address global polarization and create meaningful, non-partisan solutions.

Our commitment to soft power extends from international corridors to our own home communities. In Canada, the ICDN is actively dedicated to guiding corporate operations from superficial compliance toward genuine, sustainable commercial co-management models with Indigenous rights-holders. Furthermore, we are firmly invested in securing an intergenerational legacy through professional internships and our Next-Generation Cultural Trade Architects fellowship—equipping the social entrepreneurs of tomorrow with the cross-cultural literacy needed to lead a more unified world.
